Bonneville Bank will not disclose any non-public personal information about you to anyone, except under the following conditions:

  • When it is necessary for completing a transaction initiated by you

  • To verify the existence and condition of the account or loan from reputable information reporting agencies.

  • In order to comply with a government agency, court order, or regulatory examination

  • We are permitted by law to share all the information we collect, with (1) companies that perform marketing services on our behalf and (2) with other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing arrangements. For example, we may share information with financial service providers with which we offer products such as credit cards or accelerated loan payment programs.

We may also share all the information we collect, with other nonaffiliated third parties such as third parties that assist us with preparing monthly statements, and with the processing and printing of checks. These other nonaffiliated third parties also include credit reporting agencies to whom we report information about your transactions with us.

Bonneville Bank restricts access to your personal and account information to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. If you decide to close your account(s) or become an inactive customer, we will adhere to the privacy policies and practices as described in the notice. Bonneville Bank maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your non-public personal information.
